Meet Your Therapist!
Stephanie is a Physical Therapist who earned her doctorate from Loma Linda University in 2016. After years of working in the acute care setting at Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica-- specializing in orthopedic surgeries, stroke, TBI, and postpartum recovery-- she returned to her hometown of Fresno, CA to pursue her passion for women's health. Coming home to the Central Valley, she saw how much her community needed specialized pelvic floor therapy. Now focusing exclusively on women's health, Stephanie has completed training through the Herman & Wallace Institute and is a Certified Mercier Therapist. She is excited to support you on your wellness journey with compassionate, personalized care.

What is Mercier Therapy?
Mercier Therapy, developed by Dr. Jennifer Mercier, is a holistic hands-on technique that improves pelvic mobility, enhances circulation and supports natural fertility through optimizing the health and function of pelvic organs. ​​​​

Initial step: comprehensive consultation and intake

6 sessions (1 hr in length) tailored to address and support reproductive health

Gentle and non-invasive technique to restore and create balance in the female pelvis and abdominal viscera

*Mercier cannot be performed during pregnancy or on anyone with IUD or Essure.
Research suggests Mercier Therapy has an 83% success rate compared to IUI and IVF
This visceral manipulative technique is done abdominally and requires NO vaginal work
